Personal Thoughts:
A good middle ground between Wind Sword Zephyrus and Hermes' Boot, the Earth Bow gives you half of what each of those would give you on one card. Like a half price Grimoire, without the element change (Grimoire's sp ability gives +7 attack and +7 agility, think about it).
Please note that I know everyone uses Grimoire for the +13/+13, most of the time on a Sphinx, Earth bow is a nice card for your Yamata no Orochis and Giant Tarantulas at half the price.
